Fraud Alert: Protect Yourself from Scam Phone Calls

Pasadena Water and Power has been made aware of a new string of fraudulent phone calls aimed at customers. So far, we have confirmed that scam calls have been coming from the phone number (888) 305-6255. This is NOT a PWP phone number.

Pasadena Water and Power will never ask for or accept payment over the phone. To verify if a call, letter or e-mail is legitimate, you can always call our customer service call center at (626) 744-4005.
