PWP Call Center Announces Extended Hours
The extended call center hours will conclude on November 20, 2023. Regular call center hours will return to 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Pasadena Water and Power's customer service call center will temporary extend its hours in order to serve more customers in a timely manner. Starting August 21, PWP customer service can be reached from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Customer service can be reached at (626) 744-4005.
