National Customer Service Appreciation - Thank You!

October 5 through 9, 2020 is National Customer Service Week. It's an opportunity for organizations to recognize the Customer Service professionals who work hard to help others. At PWP, our Customer Service staff wears many hats; from helping customers apply for programs over the phone, to taking payment in-person at City Hall, to reading meters out in the field. These staff members are dedicated to providing Pasadena with the best service possible. Thank you for all you do!
