Lead and Copper Rule Program

Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) is scheduled to implement the federally mandated Lead and Copper Rule program and we would like to invite you for a free drinking water test. The purpose of this program is to protect public health by minimizing lead and copper levels in drinking water. This year, PWP plans to take water samples from 50 qualified residential homes and buildings.

The test is free of charge and results will be mailed to you. If PWP does not reach out back to you after you have submitted your survey, please assume your residence does not qualify.

If you have questions about filling out the survey, please contact David Kimbrough, Water Quality Manager at (626) 744-3704. PWP appreciates your support and participation in this important program.
