Apply Now for the Low-Income Household Energy Assistance Program

The Low-Income Household Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a federally funded program that offers eligible, low-income households a one-time payment to help pay heating or cooling bills, or in an emergency or energy crisis, such as a utility disconnection. To participate, PWP customers must apply directly to the Maravilla Foundation, the local service provider selected by the state to help the City of Pasadena implement the program.

Eligible and approved households will receive credit toward their utility bill. The amount varies depending on the household and income requirements.

Funding for eligible residents is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. PWP encourages customers who are interested in applying to contact the Maravilla Foundation.
