Help PWP plan and better respond to emergencies and power outages by informing us of medical equipment in your home. Your health and safety is important to us.

To register your medical device, contact our Customer Service Call Center at (626) 744-4005 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m (holidays excluded). A Customer Service Representative will help you update your account.

Certain medical devices can also qualify for a monthly bill credit! For more information, visit our Medical Assistance Program for details on how to apply, required documentation and eligible equipment.
