David Reyes, General Manager of Water and Power welcomed more than 150 attendees to an interactive community Pasadena Water and Power Open House on Thursday, June 26 at Victory Park Recreation Center.  This hands-on event was designed to encourage face-to-face dialogue, receive customer insight on water and electric services, and to gather community input on the future of PWP programs.

Ten themed stations allowed attendees to engage directly with the PWP’s team of experts and explore topics like rates, their PWP bill, clean energy including solar, infrastructure priorities, available rebates, and how reliable energy and water are provided to the community.  PWP received positive feedback about the event from attendees who appreciated the opportunity to connect directly with staff.
