Planned water or power outages are necessary to allow us to safely work on our systems.

PWP will provide customers with at least 72-hours notice before a scheduled outage occurs. Please note, the primary account holder will be responsible for notifying any tenants or occupants of planned interruptions of service.

Stay Informed

One of the best ways to stay informed of outages in your neighborhood is through our Outage Management System (OMS).

Registered customers receive direct cell phone alerts when there is a service outage in the area that provides estimated times of restoration. To sign up, simply update your account information and provide a cell phone number that PWP can use to during an outage.

Receive Outage Notifications

Reliable and safe utility service is our highest priority. In the unlikely event of a power outage, affected residents are notified with an automated call and provided estimated times of restoration.
