Planned water or power outages are necessary to allow us to safely work on our systems.

PWP will provide customers with at least 7 days notice before a non-emergency occurs. Please note, the primary account holder will be responsible for notifying any tenants or occupants of planned interruptions of service.

Receive Outage Notifications

Reliable and safe utility service is our highest priority. In the unlikely event of a power outage, affected residents are notified with an automated call and provided estimated times of restoration.
