100% of Project A.P.P.L.E. donations go toward grants for eligible customers.

Three Ways to Donate

Anyone can donate -- you don't need to be a Pasadena resident or a PWP customer to help a neighbor in need. Note: Unfortunately, Project A.P.P.L.E. donations are not tax-deductible.

  • Online through Paypal* using a credit card, debit card, bank account or Paypal account. Paypal deducts a 2.2% + $0.30 service charge per transaction.

  • Check off the "Project A.P.P.L.E." box on your PWP bill statement and include the donation with your payment.
  • Drop off a check in person or mail it to the City of Pasadena; Municipal Services, 100 N. Garfield Ave., Room N106, Pasadena, CA 91101. Please make the check payable to "City of Pasadena" and specify "Project A.P.P.L.E." in the note.
