Residential E-Bike Rebate Program Reaches Capacity

The Residential E-Bike Rebate Program has received an enthusiastic response from Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) customers with a 680% increase in rebate applications from its first fiscal year.  As of September 1, standard program funds have been fully allocated, and general applications for the $500 rebate toward the purchase of a new electric bicycle are now closed.  Rebate applications for up to $1,000 remain open for income-qualified customers currently enrolled in one of Pasadena Water and Power’s (“PWP”) bill assistance programs who meet all other eligibility requirements.
