Pasadena Water and Power is committed to serving the community and developing the future of the utility industry with annual scholarships. For years, PWP has awarded a scholarship to support students with plans to attend college and other post-secondary institutions. In 2026, PWP is expanded this opportunity to feature an all-new utility trade scholarship open to students planning to, or are currently studying, a utility trade at a technical/vocational school or community college.
